EASY AND SIMPLE TIPS TO IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS :
         Health can be defined as the state of complete mental, physical, social well being of a person. And fitness is the ability to do any kind of tasks. Health is not only the absence of any diseases, illness or infirmity. It is the complete wellness of physical and mental aspect of a person. 
             My diet and health advices are that you must avoid junk foods, street foods like burger, fries, chips etc. Consumption of too much salt is bad for our heart and increases blood pressure.and high sugary drinks or any kind of cold drinks as it contains high level of carbohydrates in it and try to avoid these drinks at night as our body don't absorb them easily at night, and turns into fats, increase our blood sugar level which is bad for our health and it may lead to type 2 diabetes which is really very harmful. 
Consumption of good diet: 
             Focus on eating more fruits like banana, grapes, apple, mangoes, pear, orange, guava and vegetables like cabbages, broccoli, mushrooms as these are the high source of vitamins, fiber and antioxidants which make us less hungry, control our blood sugar, improve our body immunity system and helps in lowering cholesterol level too.

            Regular exercises and balanced diet can improve health and fitness of a person. Here, my recommendation is to do exercise 5-6 days in a week for 30-45 mins.which help you to burn extra fat and keep us healthy & fit. You can do gym workout.

Be sure to get good sleep: 
            In the hectic and busy schedule of our life, it is crucial to get enough sleep to recharge our body. 7-8 hours sleep will keep the body active throughout the day. So, be sure to get a good night sleep. 
Stay motivated & stay positive: 
            It's really very important to set our goals and keep positive mindset. Motivation is an important key to being in shape. Do yoga and meditation to keep your mind relaxed.
