5 simple aerobics and stretching exercises to maintain your health:

            Do you know stretches works like boon in maintaining a good posture and helps in relaxing our muscles!!!. Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. We can achieve best results through this.The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, muscle flexibility, and range of motion. By stretching we can maintain a good body physique. 

                         Stretches like chest and shoulder stretch, bicep stretch, tricep stretch, upper back stretch, hip stretch, Quadstretch, harnstring stretch, thigh stretch etc. Improves muscle flexibility and relax our muscles. 
Exercises

5 simple aerobics exercise to maintain good body physique:

1.Jumping jacks:
Initially stand in lunges position(A lunge can refer to any position of the human body where one leg is positioned forward with knee bent and foot flat on the ground while the other leg is positioned behind) with feet slightly apart and hands should be on thighs. Jump in the air by spreading your arms and legs simultaneously. Reaching your hands upto the sky. Jump back to the starting position and repeat this exercise 20 times. 

2.Bicycle crunches:
Firtstly, lie on ur back on a mat then lift your shoulders off the mat and raise both the legs. Then you have to bring one knee and opposite elbow close to each other by crunching to one side and bend the other knee. Then return to the starting position and do the same to the opposite side. Repeat this 20 times. 

3.Forward lunges:
Initially stand with your legs slightly apart from each other keep your palm on your waist. Take your right leg forward then bend until it reaches 90° and you left leg should be parallel to the ground. Get back to your initial position and repeat the same with your left leg. 

4.Trunk twists:
Initially stand in a squat position with legs apart twice the shoulder width, stretch your hands by holding your hands at chest level. At first, twist your trunk right side then left side and repeat this 20 times. 
5.knee shaft: 
Firstly,  stand with your legs slightly apart. And stretch your hands. Stretch your left hand to left side and punch at the same time lift your right leg up. Do this punching and leg lifting simultaneously. Repeat the same with right hand punch and left leg up. Repeat this exercise 20 times.
