Initially stand with legs slightly apart from each other and stretch your hands parallel to the ground. Bend your knees and then you have to extend your buttocks backward in a position like you are going to sit back into a chair. And make sure you have to keep your knees behind your toes and your weight in your heels. Rise up and down and repeat it 20 times.
At first Stand with legs slightly apart from each other then stretch your left hand forward by holding other hand at chest level. Then stretch your right hand forward by holding the left hand at your chest. Repeat it 30 times.
Initially stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Do this regular squat with hands up and then come back to your initial position and repeat it 20 times.
Lie down on a mat with your face downwards by stretching your hands forward. Raise your opposite arm and leg alternatively and repeat it 20 times.

Stretch your hands by holding at chest level.Then you have to stretch your right hand little lower to your shoulder and strike and then you have to come back to your initial position and stretch your right hand little above the shoulder and strike come back to the initial position and stretch your right hand a little more above to your shoulder and strike. Then right back to your initial position and repeat the same with your left hand 30 times. It's really a good exercise to get rid of
Flabby arms.
