HEALTH is a broader term and will vary from person to person.people may describe themselves healthy but that will depend on your description of what you feel is healthy.having an average or below average body mass index (BMI) may classify you as being healthy.health can include being free from injuries and diseases.Intake of proteins which contains essential amino acids required to maintain our metabolism, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and essential nutrients is necessary to live a healthy and stressfree life.
Fitness and health can be viewed in many way.Often times people may describe good fitness as being healthy and active. FITNESS is the state of condition of being physically active and able to do any kind of tasks...FITNESS is a state of general,physical and mental wellness...So,our main goal should be to keep high levels of fitness which should help result in maintaining a healthy lifestyle along with good nutrition...FITNESS is measured in vanity terms whereas health is measured with blood sugar level,blood pressure level,cholesterol numbers,level of EOSINOPHIL, BASOPHIL ,NEUTROPHIL ,LIMPHOCYTE, MONOCYTE etc.We can define health as the state of complete mental,physical and social well-being of a person.Fitness is moreover a sub-category of health Fitness is a broader term it includes cardio and strength-training...

HEALTH means a person has good physical health no injuries,diseases,or issues and as well as good mental health and well being...
FITNESS is the ability to perform specific tasks well.If a person is able to do any kind of tasks then we can call him "FIT"...Health is the absence of disease both physically and mentally...If we have to make a difference between health and fitness then we can consider an example,"An athlete can perform a task with injuries of having lots of mental issues like depression and still be considered as" fit"but not having a good health..."
Here my recommendations would be to eat more protein, healthy carbohydrates, essential vitamins, minerals and fibers... Do yoga ,meditation, pranayam... Give a break to your body from your hectic and busy schedules. Always stay happy even in sad moments. Learn to be happy and make others happy in your surroundings.
