You can easily loose weight fast with this vegetable soup. It is highly beneficial for those who are on a weight loss diet. Dieticians highly recommend vegetable soup to burn off extra calories and fat deposits from the body. It is a quick weight loss fat burning soup. Ingredients are potato (boiled ;as we know potato when eaten boiled gets easily digested and contain less calories.) ,carrot (rich in fibers and vit A), Broccoli (contains loads of antioxidants which helps in improving metabolism and hence aids in weight loss and fat burning) , beans(rich in fibers) corn kernels (very effective for weight loss).
It's an divine experience during cold and winter season. This recipe uses variety of vegetables to make it more healthy and tasty. This is easy to make so simple yet Flavorable soup recipe. It takes 20 mins to get ready to serve. Check it out below to know more about this recipe(serves-3 servings).
1/3 cup chopped carrot
1/3 cup chopped potato (boiled)
1/3 cup chopped broccoli
1/3 cup sweet corn kernels
1/3 cup French beans
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (very effective for weight loss)
2 tablespoon white corn flour
1/2 tablespoon butter or oil
3 cups of water
Salt according to your taste
1-2 chopped Green chili
Chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoon chopped onions
2 teaspoon minced garlic
Step 1: Chop all vegetables (carrot ,broccoli, boiled potatoes, beans, corn, onion and garlic) into small small pieces.
Step 2: Take a small bowl and take 3 tablespoon of water and add 2 tablespoon corn flour. Mix it well.
Step 3: Take a stockpot. Add 1/2 tablespoon oil or butter and flame should be in medium form. Add chopped onions and garlic and soute it for 2 mins.
Step 4: Add carrots, broccoli, boiled chopped potato, beans, corns kernels, into it and add salt. Then stir it well and cook it for 4-5 mins.
Step 5: Add 3 cups of water, stir it well let it to boil. When it starts boiling add a small pinch of salt as we have already added salt for veggies. Then add black pepper powder, add some chopped coriander leaves, add white corn flour- water mixture and stir it well for a minute.
Step 6: Stir and cook it well until the mixture turns thick and it will take around 7-8 mins. Add apple cider vinegar ( very effective for weight loss always use apple cider vinegar which has the mother in it. This bacteria is very helpful for our health) . If you don't have vinegar then you can use lemon juice instead. Then mix it well. Turn off the flame.
Now my immune boosting healing healthy vegetable soup is ready to serve. Transfer the soup into individual serving bowls.
